The exact opposite was true the moment we stepped into ALM Roswell. Garrett greeted us with a smile, answered all our questions and was even patient with our three little ones. We found exactly what we were looking for after visiting multiple dealerships and for the best price hands down. There were a few things pending even after we left the lot but were taken care of in a timely manner. We are loving our new family vehicle! More

We agreed on price before I drove down from Knoxville for a test drive and purchased the car for the price agreed over the telephone - no run-around Jon or the dealership. I found the dealership and doc fees to be a bit high, but they were upfront in disclosing those fees and I was able to factor that into the price of the vehicle, which was fair. I would do business with them again. More
