The exact opposite was true the moment we stepped into ALM Roswell. Garrett greeted us with a smile, answered all our questions and was even patient with our three little ones. We found exactly what we were looking for after visiting multiple dealerships and for the best price hands down. There were a few things pending even after we left the lot but were taken care of in a timely manner. We are loving our new family vehicle! More

I found the dealership and doc fees to be a bit high, but they were upfront in disclosing those fees and I was able to factor that into the price of the vehicle, which was fair. I went to buy a Lexus - ended up buying a BMW X5 and Audi Q7 and traded off my older Infiniti. It was ready for me to look at when I got there, and he showed me a couple of other similar vehicles as well. I liked what I saw, we talked numbers and the deal was done. The actual sales process was quick and efficient, not a lot of wasted time or haggling. There was no pressure, I was given time to myself and it was a very comfortable and casual environment and Larry's follow up with me, post sale, has been excellent.
