Our pre-approval process was a huge ordeal through the bank and Larry stayed overtime and off-the-clock for about an extra hour and a half to make sure we walked out with keys in hand. He went above and beyond, contacting the previous owner to request the spare key and working through his lunch hour with us. Test drive was fun, good business dealing, and made the process of purchasing the vehicle a lot less stressful than it could have been. I know that some people will have bad experiences buying cars but it's great having someone like Larry on one's side! More
