I messaged them online asking if the car I was looking at was still available, and they promptly got back to me saying that it was. I made arrangements with Alan Smith to meet up that week and check it out, and the car was exactly as it was represented online (a rarity) and I got it at a really great price. Everyone was kind, courteous and professional and the entire process was very easy. The guys at ALM really took the stress out of car-buying. More

Even though we weren't in the market for a high end car, Alan took his time working with us, answering our questions, showing us the vehicle and completing the sale. I felt they made an honest presentation of the vehicle and offered a fair price for it. Alan made sure the deal closed without any issues and we drove home in the car a couple hours later. If you are looking for a high end used car, or, in fact any car on their lot, feel at ease that you will get a good car at a fair price and you will be treated courteously by a very professional staff. ALM and Kai are amazing I highly recommend this dealership. From start to finish Kai was amazing. I got him on the phone asking if I could simply test drive a car. He stayed very late that night and was so patient with my father and myself. I brought my dad because he used to be in the business, but I really didn't need to. Kai found another car for us ( since the one we came to see had been sold and he told us before we even came in). I have to say I was highly impressed and there were no games, and no hassle. I had been on the fence for a month and test drove a new car from down the street and they were pressuring, Kai was the complete opposite. He was so patient and didn't mind us taking up two evenings in a row of his and him having to stay late. ALM was great. Eric in finance was very accommodating too! More
