We were able to negotiate a deal over the phone for the new car as well as with my trade-in. I drove in from quite a distance for the deal. I arrived there, everything was in order. The car was exactly as advertised. We were able to get the entire transaction resolved in a matter of about an hour. I was out the door with the new car and on my way. I've read other reviews that were not as glowing. I think if everyone is well informed, knows what they are doing and respects each other, that everyone can be satisfied.
