He stayed very late that night and was so patient with my father and myself. I brought my dad because he used to be in the business, but I really didn't need to. Kai found another car for us ( since the one we came to see had been sold and he told us before we even came in). I have to say I was highly impressed and there were no games, and no hassle. I had been on the fence for a month and test drove a new car from down the street and they were pressuring, Kai was the complete opposite.
