Great experience purchasing a used car from out of state! With a new baby on the way and 3 kiddos already in tow, it was time to upgrade the family roadster. I knew what I wanted but the used vehicle selection locally in Cincinnati was not great. So I went online and found ALM Roswell through AutoTrader.com. As this was my first time shopping for a car online, I was a little hesitant that the 2014 Toyota 4Runner listed on the website was as good as it seemed. Hesitantly, I gave them a call and was lucky enough to get Larry Jamison on the line. Within a few minutes, we were speaking as friends and working together as if we'd known each other for years. Rather than pressuring me to make a decision or commit to anything over the phone, Larry patiently answered my questions and offered advice on how best to proceed. Over the course of the week, Larry kept in contact with me to walk me through each step of the down payment hold and finance application process and was able to work within the budget I had set. He was always available via text or cell and made me feel at ease with purchasing a used vehicle sight-unseen, even going the extra mile to send me additional pics, carfax info and conducting his own "sniff test" to insure it was a smoke-free vehicle. When I finally arrived at ALM on the day of purchase, Larry met me on my schedule and greeted me with a donut, a coffee and some grits to welcome me to Atlanta. What a pleasant surprise! With a smile, he grabbed the keys and pulled the truck around front. I was blown away. It was exactly as described and in pristine condition. We hopped in and drove it around for a quick test drive. All was well. Without delay, Larry walked me through some paperwork, called my insurance company to setup the new vehicle and worked with the finance person to get the details of the loan all buttoned up as well as secure a warranty option that was best suited to my driving needs. As another show of customer obsession, Larry gassed up the truck and happily handed over the keys, not before taking a quick picture of me and my new purchase to send to my expectant wife back home. Overall, it was a pleasure working with ALM Roswell and I have Larry to thank. He made the experience painless, smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. I would highly recommend Larry to anyone looking for a no hassle, easy car buying experience and will certainly look to do business with him again in the future. I found a 2014 F150 Platinum listed at a price I simply could not let slide. I called up ALM and to my luck, Jon Bush was on the other line. Jon quickly and clearly answered all questions I threw at him then cordially invited me to visit to inspect the truck first hand and take it for a test drive. After the test I decided that truck was my next ride. Having a limited line of credit as a 23 year old, most lenders didn't trust my capabilities of affording this vehicle (their losses) but ALM made sure to find someone who would assist in my financing. In short, ALM Roswell is a fantastic dealership with a sales team that is undoubtedly there to help. More

WOW…. What a GREAT experience!! I have purchased many cars in my 57 years; however, more recently, each time I bought a car, it seemed to get more confusing, more time consuming, mor I have purchased many cars in my 57 years; however, more recently, each time I bought a car, it seemed to get more confusing, more time consuming, more wasted time chasing "internet deals" that turned out not to be deals at all, salespeople refusing to give me an "idea" or "ball-park" price without actually meeting face-to-face or simply not listening to what I was trying to say..… This all changed when I spoke with Kevin at Atlanta Luxury Motors (ALM). Kevin listened so well that a couple of times I thought my cell phone had dropped the call…. but after Kevin summarized what I was asking for and offered a few tips on the warranty questions that I had, I knew immediately that not only was he listening…. he seemed to really care. We talked about my budget and he provided with several car options that were, quite frankly, almost too good to be true! Still "leery" from recent auto purchases…. I was imagining the quintessential "GOTCHA" as I drove to ALM to look at the car options that were presented to me on the phone. I was with my Wife and Daughter as the car purchase was to be for my Daughter to drive back and forth from school….. I literally playing out all of the horrible possibilities of "bait & switch", "high-pressure", tag-team Manager "take-over" sales gimmicks and the most dreaded….. finding out the deal you made with the Salesman & Sales Manager isn't the same deal the Finance Manager presents to you, thus starting the negotiations all over again….. followed by endless "up-sell" and "add-on" pitches. It was a very cold day when we arrived at ALM…. Kevin had the car washed and warming-up when we arrived. After offering us hot beverages, Kevin gave us an overview of the features of the car and went for a test ride with my Daughter driving… during the test ride, Kevin pointed out the safety features and accessories of the car while asking for her "candid" input as to how the car was handling, breaking and performing. After returning to ALM and my Daughter's approval of the car, Kevin had her current car appraised… her car had a "DSC Traction Control" warning light on and the car had some nicks & dings; therefore, being that the car we were looking at was well below market value…. I was waiting/expecting a "low-ball" or unreasonable trade-in offer. I couldn't have been more wrong as Kevin returned with a trade-in offer that couldn't have been more reasonable and well above what I was expecting. After applying the trade-in to the price we agreed upon earlier, we headed into the Finance Office where we met Eric…. My Family's experience thus far had been so absolutely enjoyable… the pessimist in me was still waiting "for the shoe to drop"…. Once again, I could't have been more wrong as Eric presented a couple of finance options…. some of which were lower than the offers discussed when putting the pricing together with Kevin. Eric effortlessly prepared the documents (with a short delay to change a printer cartridge) then explained each of the documents in easy to understand terms while patiently answering all of our questions…. Eric turned out to be very professional, competent, warm, friendly and quite entertaining…. as I cannot remember ever "laughing", as we did , in a Auto Dealer's Finance Office. This review is one of very few that I have ever written and although it has turned out to be much longer than I anticipated writing… I feel as if I owed it to Kevin, Eric & ALM for making my Family's car buying experience such a pleasurable one! Not only did I get an AWESOME price on an AWESOME automobile…. I really feel like I met some AWESOME new friends that make me smile! I would highly recommend ALM to my Friends and I cannot imagine buying a car again from anyone else….. More
