My Review On September 25, 2017, i purchased a 2015 Mercedes Benz S550, 4 Matic from ALM of Roswell,Georgia. My salesman (Razi Miles)was not familiar with the On September 25, 2017, i purchased a 2015 Mercedes Benz S550, 4 Matic from ALM of Roswell,Georgia. My salesman (Razi Miles)was not familiar with the car , i had done some homework on the type of car I wanted. They sold me the car with only one key. I had to ask for another key. Within two weeks after I purchased the car I had problems, Minor Tuneup, Brakes were wearing out. The warranty company would not cover any of the expenses, Also, The side door handles light were not working properly. I am disgusted with the help I received from this location. They will not return my calls. This was the first car i bought sine May 2003. More

The salesman said I call you tomorrow with the information that the car was on their lot. Gave him my name, phone number and e-mail address. Now a week later, No return call or e-mail. Two days ago I contacted "SAM" at the Marietta location and ask him could they bring the car to that location, ( I had planned on staying at Dobbins AFB) he put me on hold, after he returned he said the vehicle, a 2015 Merc bluetech was at their lot. I ask him for a car fax and he said he would get back with me the next day. No phone call was received. Your sales people need better training. More
