wanted detailed information on a 2015 Mercedes Bluetec befor I contacted the dealer ship in Duluth to get more information on the vehicle. The salesman said I call you tomorrow with the information that the car was on their lot. Gave him my name, phone number and e-mail address. Now a week later, No return call or e-mail. Two days ago I contacted "SAM" at the Marietta location and ask him could they bring the car to that location, ( I had planned on staying at Dobbins AFB) he put me on hold, after he returned he said the vehicle, a 2015 Merc bluetech was at their lot. I ask him for a car fax and he said he would get back with me the next day. No phone call was received. Your sales people need better training. More
