Oil,change and brakes Kassaye was very polite and,helpful. I went in for an appointment for an oil change. I needed new brakes and Massage was able to get that done for me. Horrible Customer Service Two seperate occasions I have had issues with service on my car. This dealer has a window in the lobby where you can see your car being worked on. Tha Two seperate occasions I have had issues with service on my car. This dealer has a window in the lobby where you can see your car being worked on. Thankfully they have this because the first occassion I went in for an oil change, tire balance, and tire rotation. They did not do my balance. They claimed the technician is new and didn't see it was on the paper. They didn't apologize. AND the balance was done wrong and had to be redone elsewhere! The second occasion I went in to get a new visor replaced. They ended up replacing something in my TRUNK that I did not authorize. They realized this before giving my vehicle back and removed the part. The service person I had was extremely rude when I questioned why they were in my trunk for a visor replacement and walked away in middle of me talking to him! I refuse to go back there and when I buy a new car next year, it will NOT be from them!! More

Always a long wait Not sure why every time I go to get service its always extremely long waits. The last two times I have experienced this. In the past, I never had this problem and the only difference was I had a different representative and he communicated with me and stayed on top of what was going on with my vehicle, versus me having to get up and continuously check the status myself.
