Transmission trouble Driving my car it was jerking. My first thought was the transmission. I called Nissan and spoke with Kassaye. I explained to him what the car was doing and he recommended that i do not drive car. He ask if i had tow service and i told him i did. After calls to insurance and tow service I called Kassaye back. He told me when the car got there and the problem was diagnosed he would call me. He called me same day told me the problem. Told me part was ordered and he would keep in touch. Called me as soon as car was fixed. Great service. More

Great facility First time using Nissan of Newman. Found very friendly staff and a very up to date facility. They definitely want their customers to be comfortable a First time using Nissan of Newman. Fast service, recognition of additional services needed I came in to get my oil changed, and the staff identified I needed a brake change as well. Tripp called, I gave approval to perform the work and my ca I came in to get my oil changed, and the staff identified I needed a brake change as well.
