A car dealership that actually cares. I recently brought my Murano in for the normal 5000 mile oil change and tire rotation. Service was performed in a timely manner. The next day I notice I recently brought my Murano in for the normal 5000 mile oil change and tire rotation. Service was performed in a timely manner. The next day I noticed a drop of oil under my car. I immediately called my service adviser Tripp Harper. I explained the problem and he advised to bring it back at my convenience and he would immediately have it checked. All went exactly as Tripp said it would. The problem was resolved, I was in and out within 30 minutes and remain a very satisfied and loyal customer. More

So on the morning of 04172019 I woke up to a very low tire. I visited the service department at 8am sharp and was greeted by a very wonderful lady that explained Tripp was due in at 9am. Sorry, i do not remember her name. She took my car and had Mrs. Bommie bring me to work. Tripp started communicating with me before 9am and I knew at all times what was next and my options for tires. Tripp went above and beyond to accommodate me, extended every savings he could to me and WON ME BACK TO NISSAN. I highly recommend Nissan of Newnan service department. Thanks again TRIP.
