Had appointment at 830 left 2 hours later for a simple oil c 2 hours w an appointment for an oil chsnge. If I had not gone up to the desk it would have been longer. Asked if wanted a car wash and vacuum. Said 2 hours w an appointment for an oil chsnge. If I had not gone up to the desk it would have been longer. Asked if wanted a car wash and vacuum. Said yes. Got some water on the outside of vehicle. Interior was not touched. 2nd bad experience in a row. I’m done More

Best visit ever! 1. I drive a Leaf. For the first time since I purchased it, I was NOT offered an oil change. When someone in service offers me an oil change, I know 1. I drive a Leaf. For the first time since I purchased it, I was NOT offered an oil change. When someone in service offers me an oil change, I know instantly that they're not looking at the customer information OR they are ignorant of the differences related to vehicle...in which case, they should not be in the service department. 2. The service rep greeted me, was friendly, struck up a short conversation, got to know me a little. 3. I enjoyed watching the service through the visitors window. 4. The service tech took about 30 minutes...not too long, not rushed. 5. There was a Leaf tech working that day. I have shown up for service appointments, to find out they didn't have a Leaf tech working. I would have thought they would check the Leaf tech work schedule when making Leaf service appointments. 6. There was no problem with parts. I requested new windshield wiper blades. They were in stock. Honestly, I should have higher expectations. Leaf Car + Leaf Tech + Parts = Successful Service and $$ in Nissan's pocket. But, you'd be surprised how that doesn't seem to work out so easily. This was a failure on my first attempt to resolve a recall issue More
