Had to get down to the point of almost leaving before the manger overheard our conversation. The young kid working the desk was not going to pursue any further action on the car. It should have not gotten this far, a manager should not have had to step in and ask if the lead technician could go ride and check out the car. I had already asked the young kid at the desk to do the same thing. And was told no-one was available, I would have to leave the car for another day. Also the young kid did not have the correct phone number to contact me and let the car sit for several days, he failed to check the phone number on file. Still up in the air if I will ever come back to this dealership. More

Customer service was my main issue, ONE of the receptionist (I think her name was Kathryn’s) was very rude, unprofessional, and didn’t know how to maintain her body language. Management/finance personnel doesn’t return phone calls, my sales person was NOT honest and did NOT give me an ease of mind while my car STAYED in service. Communication at Nissan was my biggest issue, I have never dealt with anything like it. Those issues went on for a complete week until I put an END to things. More
The dealership was clean and the staff had masks so that was good. However they were not wearing them correctly so it defeated the entire purpose of having a masks but at least they tried. I followed their instructions but the check in process was bad. Everything that was done to ensure a timely, contact free check-in was a waste of time as they had a new system so I had to do everything again. There was not enough service advisors for a Saturday. I've used this service center for over a year now. And I was satisfied. But, after being charged for a service I first didn't ask for. And secondly had proof that they didn't perform. Horrible customer experience, and even worse, seem to treat their employees the same. Never thought I would be writing about an experience like this, but today my wife and I took a test drive in a car th treat their employees the same. Never thought I would be writing about an experience like this, but today my wife and I took a test drive in a car that ended up stalling out at an intersection a few miles away from the dealership. The salesperson, who was very nice, we were with made probably 10 or 15 calls over the course of a 30 minute period while we sat in that intersection waiting and waiting. No one would come. She asked repeatedly for someone to just come and get her customers. Only after I called, myself, had a manager pulled out of a manager's meeting, and complained quite forcefully did someone come and pick us up and bring us back to our personal car at the dealership so we could leave to never return! And that employee came in what appeared to be their personal car, with a fresh fast food bag for their lunch. If this is how they treat their own employees and customers I will let you decide if you want to deal with them. Like the bad news bears. Just simply didn't seem to care and didn't try to hide it.
