I purchased a 2021 Nissan Titan Pro4X on Nov 02, 2020. The truck itself is great. And this is the 2nd Titan I've purchased from Nissan of Newnan in about a year; and probably my last. I like to keep my mo The truck itself is great. And this is the 2nd Titan I've purchased from Nissan of Newnan in about a year; and probably my last. I like to keep my money in the local economy. But This buying experience was horrible!! I took off work for a bit to complete the credit application to speed up the process for when I got off work. They submitted it, and stopped with the soft approval process. Rather than getting firm numbers like we'd discussed. I was told everything was good to go at the terms I'd agreed to and was told to switch my insurance over to the new truck (after waiting for hours) so I did and was told I was going into finance next to sign the papers. The finance office opened up and after about 20 min I finally asked what the hold up was and that is when I was told they were still waiting on the bank. I ended up having to switch my insurance back to my trade in truck and take it home (after having disconnected the stereo system and piling all my stuff in the driver's seat expecting to switch it to my new truck) the insurance switching cost me over $200 additional out of pocket on top of the expected increase(which I was told I'd be reimbursed for, I have not yet). So I go back the following day, having to take more time off work because they lied to me the previous day about having it all ready to go. The salesman asked if I'd mind letting an elderly customer go into finance in front of me in exchange he'd give me a free tank of gas when I came back. I agreed, I could see they were about to walk out frustrated and he'd been helpful so I didn't want him to lose a sale. Finally hours later, again, everything is finally done... I'm out several hundred dollars between the insurance cost from switching back and forth and the day and a half I had to take off work because they just wanted to get me in the dealership by lying. I emailed my original salesman a few times about everything and making things right as they agreed and he didn't reply. But he certainly sent me a follow up email asking for referrals. Now I'm just waiting on the Nissan customer satisfaction survey so I can let corporate know how this dealership is being ran. And how their customer service is. More
Nissan of Newnan is awesome. Their customer service is excellent. They’ve gone above and beyond from the sale to the maintenance of my vehicle. Classic bait and switch. Beware. Agreed to the price over telephone and internet was not honored on arrival. I have a printed terms sheet for the agreed price and a text email for the agreed price. This dealership low-balled me to come in and would not sell the care at the price they agreed to twice in writing. On arrival they gaslighted me. Look it up if you don't quite understand what that is and how it works. It is one of the worst and lowest practices in car dealerships. If you are dealing with these folks here is some sage adice: 1) If dealing from far away, DEMAND a term sheet, SIGNED, with any contingencies notes. For example, CASH SALE. Otherwise, when you arrive, there will have been a "misunderstand." "Oh, we meant a finance deal only....so sorry." Realize that your signed paperwork may be no good - mine wasn't. Be prepared to walk out. WALK OUT. 2) Expect every trick in the book if you are there in person. Gaslighting. Price "misunderstood." Quoted finance interest rate not what appears on the paperwork. (I was quoted 4%, the paperwork was higher. Another "misunderstanding." 3) Expect to be "cooled." It could take an hour to "free up" the sales manager or finance manger. This is a classic bottom feeding dealership. Sadly, most buyers will just go along. They count on that. Unprofessional. More

They are extremely slow. Why does a simple oil change and tire rotation take 5 hours? And they didn't run my car through the wash, which I thought they did for every service.
