I knew I needed to start searching for a reliable car to get back and forth to work in. So I searched for months....most Dealerships turned me down, the Buy Here Pay Here car lots didn't have anything worth looking at, not to mention how much they wanted down and how much they wanted a week, for a car without a warranty and no gaurantee that the car would actually be dependable. I kept just calling Dealerships or emailing them to see if they were willing to finance me...Nissan of Newman contacted me not even 5 minutes after I emailed them! Even after I explained my situation, they vowed to do what ever they could to get me in a dependable vehicle. And they kept to their word! The Salesman I had, was the Best! His name is Denny. I appreciate all he and Nissan of Newman did for me..because, I now own my first ever BRAND NEW car. Words cannot express how extremely grateville I am. Thank you so much, Nissan of Newman and Denny! One Very happy and satisfied customer! I would like to say that I have been to lots of dealerships and have bought a Lot of cars in my lifetime, including two Lexus' ES 350's. Each time I have bought a car, I have always slept on it for a couple of nights before making a decision. However, after seeing this dealership and all that it offers, it helped me to making a decision quicker than I have in my life. I'm 54 years old in October. The clincher for me was the sales representative, Mr. Wayne Carroll. Just to add another thing, that I would like all of you who may be reading this, is what I have consistently done throughout my life, is to go to the women when buying a new car. I have always thought that they were less aggressive than the guys. When I arrived at the dealership there was a gentleman outside, taking in some air, or maybe to meet me, I'm not sure. One thing that I'm certain of is that Mr. Carroll is a man of faith. He was compassionate to me, and we began a conversation before even talking about a new car. He got to know me a little bit but more importantly, he let me get to know him. I have been spiritual all of my life, and I like to think, have good judgement about people. I knew that he was, and is a man of great faith without preaching to me about it. His thoughts and own judgements about life, and the like, demonstrated to me, that his character was strong with a strong ethical attribute, that we need more of, not only in any dealerships, but in life. My own thought and conviction is that, we all have an "observer" in us while interacting with anyone, and each one of us, no matter what walk of life, or state of mind, can assess, or size someone up, from past experiences. I can firmly say, that, because of Mr. Carroll's good judgement and no pressure attitude that really resonated within me, I bought my new Nissan on the spot! I have confidence in him and the dealership to do the right thing for me in the future! And then, to my amazement, due to a very tight schedule at work, he delivered the car right to my door! He went way out of his way to help me! ! Hats off to Mr. Wayne Carroll! ! More
