GOOD AFTERNOON! First, we apologize for any miscommunication that may have occurred with your visit. We strive to be as TRANSPARENT and FAIR as possible. Mr. Jim Buckman was the sales rep who assisted your sister who was very, very pleasant, in her attempt to purchase the car. Jim tried to speak with you about the deal and there seemed to be a misunderstanding because evidently you had some other qoutes that you wanted us to match or beat. The language that was used was not the most professional so Jim politely decided not to entertain the call any longer. We have to maintain a level of professionalism. That does not mean in ANY WAY we purposely lied to you or wanted to not earn your business. Our purpose as a dealership is create a long lasting automotive relationship. Good Afternoon! We definitely apologize your experience was not to your satisfaction. We reviewed the notes from the visit and spoke with ALL the Managers on duty. You where NEVER PROMISED $229.00 per month. We ask ALL our customers to bring with them ANY and ALL quoted prices fro their vehicle of interest. Unfortunately You were not able to provide anything for us to measure against. We worked up the numbers for ALL scenarios and even went on other Nissan sites to show that your price was not possible. We provided ALL the upfront fees and taxes which was withheld by the other dealers. We even mentioned that your price was a good deal and since we could not find a way to get to that price, we advised you and your family to purchase the vehicle at that price point since it was a really, really low price. Please feel free to call 678-463-4958 if you need ANY further clarity or communication about how our lease offers work.
