Warm and Fuzzy I car shopped every where and for every kind of vehicle for months. Carmax, Craigslist, dealerships all over Atlanta, Newnan, Carrollton, etc. Nothing I car shopped every where and for every kind of vehicle for months. Carmax, Craigslist, dealerships all over Atlanta, Newnan, Carrollton, etc. Nothing compared to the service I received at Nissan on Newnan. Not only do they have the best selection of vehicles, they have the best staff! If you want to get that warm fuzzy feeling from buying a car (which I thought was obsolete) then go there! Dubble and the entire Nissan of Newnan team were amazing! Being in sales myself, I never felt taken advantage of and its hard to be a girl and go car shopping by myself. A lot of sales people I spoke/met with definitely wanted to take advantage of me, but not them! I got a brand new rogue and feel so great about my purchase. Go get your next car from them! You won't regret it! More
BEST DEALERSHIP IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA There are a few things in life that all of us as adults dread! The Dentist, your taxes and a trip to the car dealership to trade or purchase a vehicle. You better count on an all day event and chances are you are going to need Tums before the "deal" is over. NOT TRUE IF YOU GO TO NEWNAN NISSAN!! Here is something you should read and know that it is true and a memory that I will always remember because of how pleasant it was and how happy we were when we left last night. I don't even know where to start...so let's start with ...WORTH THE DRIVE!! If you live anywhere in the Columbus area, or even close to Atlanta, anywhere within 75 to 100 miles from Newnan, Georgia then that is where you need to drive if you are looking for a NEW or USED automobile. Go to NEWNAN NISSAN!! The entire experience, from the time you enter the dealership till you leave with your new or used vehicle you will have a smile on your face. We had a really bad experience recently with another dealership and thought that we were going to be stuck dealing with them. I was so upset I started to do some Google research and found out that there is something called " The Customer Care Department of Nissan ". This is at the Corporate level. I was assigned to a young lady by the name of Jessica Wegrzyn, she went out of her way to not only FIND us the vehicle that we wanted but set up a meeting for me to go to Newnan to see what she had found for me. It is about 48 miles from my home, when I arrived at the dealership the vehicle was waiting for me; it had less than 25 miles on it and it was still wrapped in plastic.. Not only was the vehicle waiting, the salesman was at the door and somehow knew who I was as soon as I stepped out of my vehicle. He met me half way in the parking lot,, shook my hand and asked if I was Cindy Ragusa. Now I know you are thinking that you are always met in the parking lot by a sales person at a car dealership and you dread that moment because all you want to do is look around before someone tries to shove a car down your throat. NOT the case here!! Michael wanted to GREET me and tell me that he was there to do what ever it took to take the nightmare emotion that I had attached to this deal away and turn it into something that I would be proud to talk about. WHAT?? Where did you come from?? Car salesman...wants to help??? Really...WOW!!!! So my salesman's name is Michael Monterroso. But I wouldn't call him a salesman, I would call him a human resources facilitator! He wanted to sell us the vehicle, but more than that he wanted to make sure that we were happy and that the deal was as painless and happy and memorable as it could possibly be. He took so much pride in walking me around the dealership. Oh, and by the way, there is an absolutely AWESOME surround sound theater for the customers to watch over three hundred movies (popcorn included) while you wait for service to be completed on your vehicle. There wasn't a single person who didn't greet me. Once they found out that my husband has spent the past twenty seven years in the Army, with NINE COMBAT TOURS and FIVE Bronze Stars, I had muscle failure from having my hand shaken for his service to this great Country. And I am not the soldier, my husband is!! It was very humbling! My original vehicle was still in Columbus, so after I agreed to purchase the vehicle that Jessica had found for us, I told Michael that I was headed back to have my trade in put on a flat bed via Nissan Road Side Service. I told him that I would have to find a way to get back to Newnan to finish the deal on the new vehicle and enter the tower Manager Jose Nieves. He told me that Michael would drive to Pine Mountain, Georgia and pick me up at my convenience so that I would not be troubled about how to get to the dealership. Jose Nieves had called me the night before to tell me that he had spoken at great length with Jessica about the situation and that he would be honored to help a man such as my husband who had given most of his adult life (over ten years) in combat. See part 2 Most Military families make much less financially then the average American. So purchasing a vehicle is a large part of their pay, therefore every Military family wants "The American Dream" when it comes to their car, and their home. Usually both times they are taken advantage of because there are so many young families who do not have the "tools" they need to make sure that they are not taken advantage of. The first dealership did not try to take advantage of us, they simply did not try to make sure that we were receiving the vehicle that we wanted and towards the end of the deal, it was very obvious that they did not care if we purchased a vehicle from them or not. We felt like we had spent three days spinning wheels to get stuck in a bad situation. NISSAN Customer Care Specialist Jessica Wegrzyn, Jose Nieves the tower manager of Newnan Nissan and Michael Monterroso our salesman from Newnan turned the frown upside down. I am still smiling. I have stepped out to our garage at least a dozen times to look at our beautiful new Armada. No one asked me to write this review, no one knew what I would write not even my husband who is the Command Sergeant Major for The United States Army Marksmanship Unit at Fort Benning, Georgia, and no one will ever sell us another vehicle. If we are ready to trade or purchase again, there is NO question where we will go....Newnan Nissan, in Newnan, Georgia!! I would love to be in one of their commercials,, that way you could see the honesty in my eyes as I tell you that the short drive is worth every moment! If you want the BEST salesman, the BEST service, the very BEST possible financing, the BEST experience, and the BEST variety of vehicles to choose from, make the drive. If you do not find what you are looking for, I will be shocked because there are so many cars you don't even know where to start to look. Feel free to have the dealership call me if you want to talk to me in person about how awesome yesterday was. Kelvin Davis did a great job of working with me on the Altima that I wanted at the price I wanted. It took a few days, but we got there. The team of Kelvin, Brad, Katie, & Jose all did an excellent job in working with me & getting the deal finalized. I dont give praise unless you work hard for it & this team went above & beyond to earn every bit of my praise. They did it with a perfect attitude all the way thru the deal. I will definitely refer everyone I know, in the market for a car, to them. This was the best car buying experience in my life. Great job by Nissan of Newnan. More

I shopped Honda, Hyundai, Toyota, Kia as well as other Nissan dealerships for weeks before buying my Rouge, and Nissan of Newnan BEAT ALL OF THEM on price, service, and buying experience. Having owned a used car dealership years ago, I know how the car-buying process works from both the dealership and the customer side, so believe me when I say that Nissan of Newnan does what it takes to put you in the car of your choice at the right price. Tom St. Martin and the rest of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and work to ensure an excellent experience for their customers. The worst for a 1st time car buyer Bought a used Altima, 2 days later heard a noise took it back they told me it's cuz the car was on the lot for a long time. For 6 months straight I ha Bought a used Altima, 2 days later heard a noise took it back they told me it's cuz the car was on the lot for a long time. For 6 months straight I had problems with the car, every time I go it's always an issue so I pay diagnosis fee went for a 2nd opinion & found out the transmission was bad! Went through the xxxx to get it replaced without charge then i traded in the same car for a 2015 Nissan Altima to get 30 days later my old financing company contacting me they never paid off the car I traded in so I had to pay 2 car notes but yet I only had 1 car! That's when I call them to figure out what's goin on, I went to the dealership furious & raised xxxx. I returned the new car & took back my old car off the lot where I was now behind in payments thinking they paid off the car the whole time it's sitting on their lot! Neverrrrrr again & Mike Grub the financer attitude sucked the way he talked down to me. Would never go back to this place. Worst experience ever. Called & complaint to the boss & the speech he gave was reassuring but his follow up to me was never done! So go figure. Beyond the point of the car salesman who was pleasant from him on wasn't so nice from there. More
