My brand new car 2023 Nissan MURANO bought on 2/17 has a problem with The sunroof and still trying to get fixed. The dealership is very shorthanded and it shows with customer service. Spent 1.5 hours on Mon problem with The sunroof and still trying to get fixed. The dealership is very shorthanded and it shows with customer service. Spent 1.5 hours on Monday 2/20 waiting for some to look at my car. No solution! Tech was supposed to call me on Tuesday 2/21 no calls finally received a text from the salesman on Wednesday 2/22 saying I needed to drop my car off but had to find me a loaner . They finally found me a loaner on Thursday but it was awful Nissan Altima that ran very badly. Never heard from anyone on Friday. Just took the awful loaner car back and had to ask about my car because nobody called me. The said they had to order the motor to the sunshade and it will not be in until Tuesday 2/28 I told them I would rather drive my car then the awful loaner car. They had only 1 service writer available so expect a long wait. To be continued…. More
Well they have a vehicle listed on the internet. You have to print a coupon to get the internet price. But then when they write it up they add 1700 dollars. Which makes the price go back to what it was without the coupon. This feels like bait and switch. The additional 1700 is then added and when final paper is written the price of car is now internet price plus the 1700. It's not listed as a separate fee. So why have us bring a coupon if you just not honor your add. But I guess that's a good way to get customers to come in. I did purchase the vehicle, but I am unhappy with the practice. Also when I went to pay for the vehicle, The financial person was unable to take my payment. He had no access to the card machine. I had to leave and go get money from the bank. I paid cash and I picked the car after being there 30 minutes. And it was a 5 hour ordeal. I paid for vehicle and it took 5 hours. And they were not busy. Just the fact I had to leave and come back. They also promised to detail the car. They did not. There was dirt around the rubber seals. And the back bumper was covered in dirt. Maybe your idea of detailing a car is different than mine. The salesman was trying. But since I wanted to pay cash, I don't think the financial people were trained to do that. More

Brett, on the other hand, was thorough, transparent, consistent, and provided the best customer service. I also experienced excellent service in the Rental Dept with previous associate, Tiana. This young lady was the most insightful, persistent, accommodating, and provided the best customer service experience ever. After her departure, Madison, took her place in which she just as helpful. Also, Tripp, in the Service Dept was pleasurable to deal with as well. He was very thorough in providing explanations when I brought my car in for concerns, patient, and displayed great customer service. The tone and energy once you come through the main entrance is always on point and each person you encounter always engage with some type of greeting. My only draw back is that the overall tone and energy in the Service Dept is not as welcoming (particularly from the guys behind the work stations/desk) is typically dry and disengaging; with the exception of Tripp and the guys that come from the back to pull your car around. Overall, I enjoy the services from this dealership. Great job to this team and location! More
