Drake Christopher (salesman) was AWESOME, as well as Trey. Manager-Chris was a jerk. I agreed to pay the FULL ADVERTISED PRICE without the (optional) added $1,500 upcharges; Chris refused to sell the ve Trey. Manager-Chris was a jerk. I agreed to pay the FULL ADVERTISED PRICE without the (optional) added $1,500 upcharges; Chris refused to sell the vehicle, claiming he was losing money. I left the dealership and went home. Later that day, another manager got involved and said he would honor the deal without the optional extra packages. I returned to close the deal. Five stars for Drake, one star for Chris, and three stars for the dealership. More

Great customer service. Chase was excellent and made the whole process enjoyable and easy. He wasn't pushy nor did he have any icky sales tactics. Overall, the manager and finance people were also great. Very accommodating and will listen to your concerns without getting attitudes (unlike Toyota of Newnan).
