Worst service I ever had. Tried to bait and switch prices. Do not use this location based on my experience here. All I wanted was a replacement chip key for my Xterra. They tried to charge me $135 for the codi Do not use this location based on my experience here. All I wanted was a replacement chip key for my Xterra. They tried to charge me $135 for the coding and $50 for the key. When I picked up the key there was a huge bill for over $200. They tried to up the cost of the key to $65 and then charge me an environmental fee of $17. I told them I was not going to pay a recycle fee for just a key and I was not going to pay for the hidden raise in cost for the key. They adjusted the price then after I paid I saw they still charged me the higher price for the key. Watch out for fees jambed in to your bills. Avoid More

Efficient, informative and friendly service When a truck on the interstate lost its ladder in front of me, all that I could do was swerve so that it didn't hit the tires. Something under the car When a truck on the interstate lost its ladder in front of me, all that I could do was swerve so that it didn't hit the tires. Something under the car was knocked loose though so I took the car to Nissan of Newnan over my lunch break. They were able to get me in, get the car inspected and found that a couple of the clips that hold the protective liner under the car had been knocked off. They replaced that, did an overall inspection and a courtesy wash all within my lunch hour. Karen was very helpful, friendly and efficient! More

He genuinely cares that we are happy with the purchase and continues to check in with us for future needs. I would recommend any family member or friend working with Norman on the purchase of their next vehicle. The service department has met and exceeded our needs. We have needed service for general wear and tear maintenance and Tripp has been clear and thorough in the explanation of the repairs and the cost associated with the repairs. Demo Car Sold me a demo car with no mention that it had over 1,000 miles on it and that it was a demo!!!
