I live about 3 hours away and had a Dr. appointment, unfortunately according to the diagnosis my transmission went out. My initial advisor was Tony......so unprofessional, after my car was appointment, unfortunately according to the diagnosis my transmission went out. My initial advisor was Tony......so unprofessional, after my car was taken in I never heard back from him in reference to what was wrong or anything...fortunately the Manager Tripp took care of everything including my rental. When I went back to get vehicle Ms. Riley was super sweet to keep me informed on how much longer I would be waiting on it, and if I needed anything else to let her know. To the weekend crew ....Great team More
I feel like I was scammed out of my vehicle that I came in to sell out right. I brought my 2020 Nissan Armada practically brand new in on Friday August 11. Now that everything has transpired I know they di in to sell out right. I brought my 2020 Nissan Armada practically brand new in on Friday August 11. Now that everything has transpired I know they didn’t give me the actual value of my vehicle in the first place. The salesman played numbers games with me from 1pm until closing. He stated that I couldn’t just sale my car for full value without purchasing another vehicle from Nissan. The quote I was given was 23,000 for my vehicle. He said I would lose 8,000 of the quote without a new purchase. Needless to say I lost much more than 8,000 in this so called deal. At some point and time I went to my car to actually leave the lot. I had someone with me and I was waiting for them to come out to the car. I had my car running and I was on the phone with Carmax talking with them about bringing my car back to them to buy back. The salesman walked up to me saying they were willing to make me a better offer. I was more than exhausted by this time by being there from 1pm to dark. My main goal that day was to sell my car to pay off my title loan. I had a family member coming to pick me up. I was not in the market for another vehicle. It was a humiliating experience to say the least. I left feeling robbed of my peace and so much more. I called the salesman Saturday morning about 8:30am explaining that I needed to return the vehicle. He stated that was fine. He called me back shortly thereafter saying I couldn’t bring the vehicle back due to the fact I drove off the lot. It hadn’t even been 12 hours yet. I was trying to find someone who knew the law. I called Newnan Sheriff office and made an inquiry about my situation. They informed me that I needed an attorney for legal advice. In the meantime I saw fresh oil under the vehicle and I returned to the lot on Monday. I walked in asking for the store manager whom I never saw that day. The salesman came over asking me how was everything I stated I needed to talk with Mr. Middle brooks and that I saw fresh oil under the car. He took the keys and sent the car to the service department. I was waiting patiently again for hours at this location. I ended up asking someone questions about when my car would be ready. I also asked to speak with Mr. Middle brooks who didn’t even know I wanted to speak with him at all. Mr. Middlebrooks tried his best to explain what happened with my deal. Needless to say I was more confused than before talking with him. I can’t explain how I came in to sell a practically brand new vehicle and in exchange I left with a vehicle less valuable and a car note. I was told my vehicle had already been sold and that they had to spend over 6,000 on my car to resell it. I was told I would receive a check by Tuesday. Today is Saturday August 19, over a week later I haven’t received a check or call from anyone yet. I called Nissan several times asking to speak with the manager of the store. I was sent to voicemail every time. I am very dissatisfied with the whole process that occurred with the selling of my vehicle. I was scammed is not the best words to use in this scenario. I was robbed is more appropriate and I need resolution to my situation. Sincerely, Ms. Hambrick More
