Illegal Ad Tactics and Dishonest Salesrep This location knowingly advertised a price for a vehicle on multiple websites and then tacked on hundreds of dollars in non-governmental fees when an This location knowingly advertised a price for a vehicle on multiple websites and then tacked on hundreds of dollars in non-governmental fees when an attempt to purchase the vehicle was made. This is against the law in Georgia as all non-governmental fees must be included in the advertised price of a vehicle...no exceptions...not even when a reference is made in the mice-type. In addition, the dealer offered photographs of the vehicle that did not reflect recent damage that occurred on the lot. The salesrep also engaged in dishonest tactics such as insisting that I needed to sign a contract/agreement on price prior to taking the vehicle for an inspection. The salesrep also indicated that if I bought the car and then had it inspected and didn't like the results, that he could "unwind" the deal. These are categorically untrue statements as there is no cooling off period in the state of Georgia and the dealer was not going to put any type of clause in the contract. I stood firm and was finally offered the option to borrow the vehicle without signing any type of purchase agreement...just a loaner agreement as it should have been from the beginning. I would highly advise that consumers interested in a vehicle from this dealership and associated group: obtain 3rd party inspections at your own expense calculate your own fees for TAVT, registration, title (available via Georgia DOR website) and object to anything above that tacked on to advertised prices hold firm against anything not in writing or anything that does not feel right More

Excellent Experience I recently retired from IT and all that commuting. I found myself at home with an extra vehicle and decided to down size from my Tacoma and my Civic c I recently retired from IT and all that commuting. I found myself at home with an extra vehicle and decided to down size from my Tacoma and my Civic commuter. My wife and I were in Newnan for dinner and just popped in. As usual before we could exit from our car to look around, no real intentions of purchasing at that time, we were met by Alex. Almost immediately Alex thanked me for my military service, USAF VET tag gave me away. However Alex also was a VET. As I walked through all the available truck inventory I felt no pressure regarding any sale only my interests and needs for a single vehicle. Finally I found THE TRUCK! It was my color, RED, crew cab, 2019 off lease with low mileage. Immediately I shared that their price was very good and we discussed further my needs to downside. Shortly we were at his desk and to my surprise I was present with what I felt was a good deal however I wasn't satisfied with what they were offering me for my 2015 Civic. Within 3 minutes Alex was back with my number and the deal was sealed. ALM worked around my schedule to deliver 2 vehicles and pick up our new truck. As I expected it was a little longer wait that I wanted however Tim in finance was busy. When I linked up with Tim he was spot on. Apparently he could see I'd had a long day and wanted to get out of there. Fortunately, for me, Tim put all that paperwork together in record time and had me going in record time. I've bought over 10 vehicles from different dealerships in my 67 years but Alex and Tim did an excellent service for me. Not only interested in the "deal" they seemed genuinely interested in me which made me feel great. After leaving Tim Alex was back with me and spot on with covering what needed to be covered with the vehicle and we were on our way with our new 2019 Chevrolet Colorado. Honestly haven't had a better car buying experience. I've since shared my experience with 2 friends and see them now eyeing the ALM Newnan web site. More
