Do not buy a car from these crooks. We live 2 states away and found a car we wanted to buy that was to be delivered to the dealership. We made an offer to Adam, and he said the best he could do was a price t and found a car we wanted to buy that was to be delivered to the dealership. We made an offer to Adam, and he said the best he could do was a price that was $1500 more than the asking price. We said no thanks and went looking for other cars. 2 days later we came back and agreed to buy it at that price, "out the door" for the price we had discussed. I made arrangements to fly to Atlanta and pick up the car based on the "out the door" price we had agreed upon. Out the door means dealer fees, taxes, and any other hidden fees. My wife drove me to the airport to catch my flight. When I got to the airport, I decided to text Adam to make sure the numbers were exact. He sends me an invoice "type" document that was over $800 more that what we had agreed upon as an "out the door" price. Not only that, the mileage (on the invoice) was now DOUBLE what it was advertised. Adam CLAIMS that it was a mistake and that this price on the "invoice" was as low as his finance manager would "allow" him to go. I have seen this bait and switch game with car dealers before. It's nothing more than a sham to get you to accept a bunch of manufactured fees they come up with to pad their wallets. They assumed that since I had already gone to the airport and was about to get on a flight, that I would be okay if they hiked the price another $800.00. They were wrong. We called the deal off and went home. I am also filing a claim with the Georgia Department of Law, Consumer Protection Division for false, misleading and unfair business acts and practices. Be warned. Stay away from this dealership. They WILL LIE to you and not make it right when they get caught. More
We purchased a truck for my son this past weekend. Alex was great, but the truck had only one key, no mats and some smoke damage. We didn’t notice that they didn’t replace the bottom part of the bumper until my husband looked up pictures. Also it has a severe ant problem we are still trying to get rid of. None of this we noticed when we purchased the truck... We are now going to have to have the bottom part replaced at our own expense and have an extra key made.. Alex was easy to work with but really wish someone had told us more about the bumper. We had cash in hand and waited 2 hrs once we signed the papers to go back to finance.. Was a very long process. Im praying there isn’t anything else wrong with this truck as we are sending our son off to college in this. Very frustrated.. please look at pictures of all parts of a vehicle online that’s similar and inspect it with a magnifying glass..Also we had to remove a lot of sticky stuff on the truck and detail it ourselves. The car was not filled up with gas like we have always experienced at other dealerships, so my son had to stop and get gas on his way home... More
a joke truck is great. But the service it started when i went to the finance manager to do paper work. when he found out i wasnt financing with him he basica truck is great. Then the paper work was wrong and i had to prove it to them before receiving any help after 2 months the title is still in limbo. Also was charged to much sells tax i can't seem to get any help getting my money back. Ill never buy here again and would advise everyone else to do the same unless you want the run around. More

Found a car online here that I like and despite the far drive with the nice reviews we decided to go and look at it. My husband had been talking with and working out details with Zac. I was told all I needed to do is go and fill out paperwork everything would be taken care of. After arriving the car was suppose to have been detailed which it didn't look like it had been. It was also suppose to have brand new tires (another reason we wanted the car) tires were far from new. Two of them are almost bald. I decided to test drive it anyways because we were told they would put the tires on that day. Keep in mind we were almost 2 hours away and we needed to be gone by 3 to avoid traffic!! The AC was NOT working right wasn't cooling but every time we asked the sales guy Zac he didn't know. Really didn't know much about the car or process at all. They said they would fix the Ac so we waited what seemed like a very long time! We were also under the impression they were putting new tires on as well. When we got back to the dealership after eating they were still working on it!! They did fix the air but no new tires and they refused to put tires on it. So they falsely advertised! We never spoke with the manager and everytime Zac was asked something he said, " Not sure Let me check with the manager." Despite almost walking out we did did end up getting the car but the experience was TERRIBLE!!! We were there 5 hours. Now almost 2 months later my temporary tag is almost expired and everytime we call we get transferred where no one answers or returns our calls. I call the Tag Department in my county and they informed me the dealership hasn't even processed anything! We have called numerous times with no response. My advice buy a car form an individual or from another dealership. This was a horrible experience and we have been to many other dealerships. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM More

Illegal Ad Tactics and Dishonest Salesrep This location knowingly advertised a price for a vehicle on multiple websites and then tacked on hundreds of dollars in non-governmental fees when an This location knowingly advertised a price for a vehicle on multiple websites and then tacked on hundreds of dollars in non-governmental fees when an attempt to purchase the vehicle was made. This is against the law in Georgia as all non-governmental fees must be included in the advertised price of a vehicle...no exceptions...not even when a reference is made in the mice-type. In addition, the dealer offered photographs of the vehicle that did not reflect recent damage that occurred on the lot. The salesrep also engaged in dishonest tactics such as insisting that I needed to sign a contract/agreement on price prior to taking the vehicle for an inspection. The salesrep also indicated that if I bought the car and then had it inspected and didn't like the results, that he could "unwind" the deal. These are categorically untrue statements as there is no cooling off period in the state of Georgia and the dealer was not going to put any type of clause in the contract. I stood firm and was finally offered the option to borrow the vehicle without signing any type of purchase agreement...just a loaner agreement as it should have been from the beginning. I would highly advise that consumers interested in a vehicle from this dealership and associated group: obtain 3rd party inspections at your own expense calculate your own fees for TAVT, registration, title (available via Georgia DOR website) and object to anything above that tacked on to advertised prices hold firm against anything not in writing or anything that does not feel right More

After I said I would take it higher he agreed to add damages to what they owe me and from there he and several ppl from the dealership started ignoring my calls ,emails etc. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. More
