Dear ALM Newnan, this WAS NOT a case of first come first serve. I was told the car was off the lot at the time I came to visit (after making an appointment, and AFTER I HAD BEEN TOLD MULTIPLE TIMES THAT IT WAS ON THE LOT AND AVAILABLE. Your dealership should be ashamed. I will be sure to let everyone I know of your unprofessional behavior. Unacceptable.

Wow! More Lies. If by communication they must mean calling my job and harassing my co-workers and myself. This issue could not be any further from resolved. All this company does is lie lie lie. Per the deceptive business practice law i was required to submit a demand and give them 30 days to respond. The 30 days runs on April 14th. Their registered agent refused to pick up the certified return receipt letter mailed to them but i know based on the unprofessional call i received at my work that the certified return receipt demand i sent them was received. I can not wait to file suit on them. Having voicemails from their general manager lying will be very helpful along with the voicemails from others in their company lying and tuning things happened. DO not waist your time doing business with this shady classless company. Luckily for me I work at a law firm and my attorneys were furious when they found out what happened. They are going to be representing me when we file suit.
