Thurman Lee was not only knowledgeable, attentive, and fun to deal with, but made us feel he really cared that we got the best car for our needs and budget but with no pressure. We had decided to look at other dealerships after leaving ALM but couldn’t wait to get back to ALM to buy the very first and most perfect vehicle Lee had showed us. If you want a place that really cares most about your needs (and note they have a flat rate commission so they are not out to oversell you a car), in a relaxing and friendly atmosphere, this is the place to go! Lee was a great salesman and test driver per MY request as I asked to drive thru Wendy's for FFries! Later, after the sale, I sailed and glided like I was Donald Trump back home to Marietta, Oh gosh, the radio, Lee set it great and put my favorite CD in for a very nice trip back up I-75. I was relaxed, happy on arrival. Neighbors came out and said "Wow, you "done" good with your purchase. Thanks to Lee, Michelle, Anthony, and sweet Mr. Scott who messaged me this morning just to check on me and my pretty white car. I seldom write reviews about any product, but am compelled to sing the praises of these folks!!! My sales "team" consisting of Lee, Ashlyn, Darryl(the "Brawler" Lawler") & Matthew, went above and beyond to ensure we left with the perfect car for our needs. Absolutely 0 high pressure tactics. After several hours with these folks, it felt more like visiting old friends as opposed to talking with a sales force. I only wish I could give them 10 stars for a review! At 67, this could very well by the last car I buy, but if not, I'll never go to any other dealership. Their motto is more than fitting..."Where the search ends."" Ours ended with a terrific car and an even better buying experience! Thank you ALM Newnan!!! More
