Tim Allen I am a previous customer of Mr. Allen from three years ago. I purchased a 2013 Chevy Impala from him. He was very pleasant and customer service was excellent. I was ready to purchase my second vehicle so I went to Ivory Chevy and asked for him. They stated Tim had moved on but they were able to help me. I stated the only way they were able to help me is to give me the number to where Tim was. The salesman knew I was only willing to deal with Tim and gave me the information. I contacted the new dealership and asked for Tim and there he was. I told him what I wanted and he got on it the same day and my car was ready for pickup the next day. He actually came in on his day off to help me. I was so happy. He's the best salesperson ever.
