Excellent salemanship!! Highly recommend Gary at ALM. Gary and I spoke over the phone Saturday and I made an appointment to come see the car I was looking at on CarGuru. He was kind, polite and in no way pushy as I was,a hesitant buyer. I also had a trade, my paid off Nissan Altima that I loved and didn't want to "give away" I was convinced no one could get what I wanted for my trade and I was " just going to look" I've bought many cars in the past, from many dealerships but this experience far exceeded my expectations and I got off to a rocky start as I got lost:) lol I called to apologize to Gary for being late, it was Sunday and let's face it he was working , I was just out shopping. Let me tell you, this man made me feel like I was family from the moment I met him! Gary first off is a veteran, I learned this by telling him our specific needs for a vehicle as our family has had some unfortunate twists and turns this year. He found us the perfect car and we love it! I didn't expect to be able to afford a 2018, but they gave me top dollar on my trade. I was nearly in tears, Gary made it all happen, he and the ALL team are excellent! I can't believe I never knew about them before. I highly recommend if you're in the market for a quality vehical, well kept, low miles even if you think it's out of your reach to go see Gary at ALM!
