His communication, attentiveness and overall responsiveness was exempliry. I was have purchased many cars over the years and this was by far the most relaxed I have ever been at a car dealership. I initially left there afterbthe first visit ...to visit another dealership to look at another car in a different color my wife preferred over the one at MLM. The car was great, the color was perfect, the package was the same. My 12-year old daughter looked at me and said.."Dad, I lime this car, but the salesperson at MLM was better...I really liked his conversation and open dialogue ". Wow! She put it in perspective for me....it wasn't just about the car, it was anout the service. I went back the next day and worked with Sulaiman to close a deal.
