Maximus actually drove the car out to our house to complete the sale so that my husband and I wouldn't have to arrange for childcare for our two kids. The sales process was easy and not stressful by any means. Maximus went above and beyond finding us the exact car that we wanted, pleasantly working out a sales price that satisfied both parties, and helped us locate a couple of items that were missing from the car. Disappointed. Do not recommend I probably spelled this employees name wrong, but sounds like how i spelled it. After I met with him to ask if he would be interested in buying my ca I probably spelled this employees name wrong, but sounds like how i spelled it. After I met with him to ask if he would be interested in buying my car, he called me and made me 2 offers to buy it. I agreed to his second offer, and went to finalize the deal. When I got there, he completely changed everything he said over the phone. It went from buying my car for an agreed price, to him buying my car for less, trading in my other car, and me buying a car of his lot. ??? What a waste of my time! I went out of my way cancelling appointments to finalize the deal, and I show up for this crap? Not to mention that he was completely unprofessional in the way he talked to me. I tried to be friendly and polietly deal with his behaviour. And I won't go into details of how he was unprofessional bc I think it would be wrong to embarrass him and his family publicly on the internet. Ron Oaks in sales was very friendly, professional, and great to work with. I did let him show me a few cars and discuss my options. I did not end up buying a car here. I would have considered buying a car there from Ron when I was ready to. Since meeting the other guy, I will never return. More
