Amazing Deal! Claudio Timoftica was awesome! I had to purchase a car for my daughter in College. I was told to go to ALM in Buford near the Mall of Georgia. I started walking around the lot loo I had to purchase a car for my daughter in College. I was told to go to ALM in Buford near the Mall of Georgia. I started walking around the lot looking at SUV's. I then met Claudio Timoftica and he helped me find a Mercedes SUV. The SUV was in incredible condition. Claudio was professional and explained everything to me. I said I'll be back later in the day. I went back that evening and we test drove the car. I told him I wanted it! From the time I met Claudio to the time we drove it off the lot he was Professional, Friendly, Honest and made sure every step thru the process I understood everything. This is by far the best buying a used car experience I have ever had! Thank You ALM and Thank You Claudio for an awesome experience! I will be coming back next time I need a car. More

Great Service I found a nice Ford F-150 on line and called the Dealership. The truck had low miles and a clean Carfax. Kelly was very personable and friendly. I was shown the vehicle and it had obvious rear end damage. and cosmetic damage. Kelly assured me if we agreed on a price she would have the damaged repaired. After we agreed on a price she sent the vehicle off to get it fixed. The repairs were done to my satisfaction and the dealership did what they said they would do.
