I called Brandon Cain to tell him that we were stuck on the side of the freeway. He came at 9:45pm from the dealer to pick up my wife and kids from the side of the freeway with our new lexus. Horrible customer service!!! Purchased a used car back on 2/12/2015. Paid cash for the car the transaction was pretty smooth. Fast forward to today, we are STILL waiting for the t Purchased a used car back on 2/12/2015. Paid cash for the car the transaction was pretty smooth. Fast forward to today, we are STILL waiting for the tag paperwork to be processed. We have called for weeks trying to get this resolved. Kenny the sales person was absolutely zero help and proved that this ONLY interest was taking our money. When I called and asked for the general manager I was told they couldn't give out that information. Apparently the only person that can process the tag paperwork, Jessica, isn't doing her part. I am disgusted with the lack of service and the egregious way the dealership dealt with the situation. I would NOT recommend this dealership to my enemy nor will I ever do business with them again. A complete and utter disappointment. It wasn't until I got irate after making 11 phone calls in one day that I finally go a manager on the telephone. We are still waiting for a tag!!! More
