Pleasant first time buyer experience!!! My visit to ALM Mall of Georgia began with a search of their inventory on their website. After finding a couple of trucks that caught my interest, I m My visit to ALM Mall of Georgia began with a search of their inventory on their website. After finding a couple of trucks that caught my interest, I made the 35 plus mile trip down to see them in person. One truck really caught my eye and after a test drive, my mind was pretty much made up after that. It was a pleasant experience and my salesman Mark Olson was extremely helpful. He worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with the whole experience. Also I did want to give a little shout out to Mike (I believe that was his name), the salesman who answered when we called to make sure the truck I wanted was indeed in stock before making the trip. All in all, an upstanding staff at ALM all the way around!! More

Drove over 4 hours to get a great deal I have been purchasing vehicles in my local market for over 30 years. This time I couldn't find the vehicle I wanted and took to the Internet. I found I have been purchasing vehicles in my local market for over 30 years. This time I couldn't find the vehicle I wanted and took to the Internet. I found the Acura I wanted at ALM but was worried about the condition and actual price. I must say I was impressed as everything was advertised. The staff at ALM made this the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. No pressure, no hassle and everything was as advertised. I will drive the 4 hours to purchase my next car from ALM. Also my husband is very hard to please when it comes to buying a car. He said he was loaded for bear when we got to the dealership but the stress of buying a car just melted away. He was hooked also.
