We were told one thing by phone and experienced something completely different at the closing table. We got the car we wanted and needed but not at the agreed upon price. We had no choice but to move forward because the car we were replacing was totaled. Customer service not bad but a LOT of miscommunication. However, I would purchase here again, I would just know every detail before driving this way again. Our salesperson was very nice! More

Car leaked 1 week prob right after if not for engine guard I bought a porsche. A WEEK and half later I noticed oil drip. Probably was even sooner because porches have an engine guard to block. But if the car is cleaned up, there's no way I could have done an accurate inspection. I thought it was unfair to sell the car in condition. It costs me 3K to fix the issue. Doesn't feel like a pre-own car to me. In addition, when I call the dealership up, I get silent treatment. The manager Nathan will never pick up my call. I gave up calling after 3 weeks of 1-2 times a day attempts. The sales person Rosa pretty says there's nothing they can do. Really? A very disappointing experience. More

I value honesty and absolutely hate "games" when it comes to doing business. We wasted most of our weekend at other dealerships waiting in an office while the sales person and their manager/ "negotiator" went to the back to discuss their offer, came back with an offer not even close to ours, repeat process until we would stand firm on our budget and walk out. Matt was very transparent up front about the vehicles, pricing, and saved us a ton of time by being open about the best price they could give for each vehicle to fit our budget. I was immediately given a fair trade-in value for my previous vehicle and got the exact truck with all the features I wanted comfortably within my budget. Plus, the selection of vehicles was far greater than any other dealership we had explored, which gave us tons of options to choose from. We will be starting here for our next vehicle purchase! More
