ALM proved that it is possible to look at cars without the hassle of someone breathing down your neck. I got a Chevrolet Malibu with the help of Shaun and I took the car to a Chevrolet dealership to get it inspected and there were no issues! The car was solid, making Shaun a man of his word on its condition. The deal went so smooth it made me feel like something was wrong because I have never been to a dealership where they are not twisting your arm or vise versa to get a deal made. When we arrived we were greeted by Dave Bautista which promptly showed us the vehicle we were interested in. We negotiated a deal and drove home in our Q7. What I really like about Dave is the level of customer service during and after the purchase of the vehicle. He gave out his personal cell number and kept in touch days after the purchase to ensure we were satisfied. That to me speaks a million words in this day and age where customer service is non existent. In addition the sr. Sales Manager, Shawn Wilhelmi made sure that any defects we discovered on the vehicle would be tended to. Everything was given to us in writing. Despite the negative reviews as other have left, please understand that no business is perfect. Give them a chance to make things right before you post a negative review. This was our first day of looking at vehicles, a process which we had completely expected to take weeks. The lengths to which JoJo and the ALM staff went to answer our questions and show us all that we wanted to see (along with a genuine aura of helpfulness and a complete lack of 'pushiness') convinced us to trade in two vehicles and purchase two 'new' (used) vehicles that same day. This was by far the easiest and most satisfying vehicle transaction we'd ever made. More
