I felt like I was talking to one of my friends not a salesman. Before coming to ALM I went to approx 30 other dealerships encountering all kinds of snobs and unprofessionalism. ALM proved that it is possible to look at cars without the hassle of someone breathing down your neck. I got a Chevrolet Malibu with the help of Shaun and I took the car to a Chevrolet dealership to get it inspected and there were no issues! The car was solid, making Shaun a man of his word on its condition. The deal went so smooth it made me feel like something was wrong because I have never been to a dealership where they are not twisting your arm or vise versa to get a deal made.
