She got down to the point over the phone and even beat my credit union finance rate!!! I traveled over 500 miles one way to buy a Black 2014 Chevrolet 1500 High Country truck from ALM. This is by far the easiest deal ever and best vehicle buying experience ever!! She had my truck detailed and ready for me when I got there! She personally inspected my truck and wiped off fingerprints, smudges and made sure everything was in order before I left the lot! She is very professional and courteous!
