Refreshing experience I tend to buy cars every couple of years, so I'm pretty use to the typical car buying experience. Honestly, dealing with the actual salesperson is the part I hate (as I'm sure it is with most people). I work in sales, I like to get the deal done quickly and efficiently. I want to get in and out quickly because I usually hate sitting there talking to the sales person. This wasn't the case with Kelly as ALM- Mall of GA. Honestly, she was great. Not pushy, she listened, she didn't push, but more so just had an actual conversation with me as we talked through the process. I know many people avoid going to the dealership to avoid the typical car salesman, but Kelly was an exception to the rule. I'll be back. More
