Dealer never provided title Purchased vehicle december 3rd 2016 and paid in full that day. No title ever given, I received a one time temporary tag extension but after 2 months n Purchased vehicle december 3rd 2016 and paid in full that day. No title ever given, I received a one time temporary tag extension but after 2 months no title given and the car can now not even be driven legally as the temporary tag has expiredon February 16th. The vehicle can not even be sold as there is no title. It remains parked, undrivable and they have been paid in full . I am out $7106 More

Marcelo was awesome- GM was Not. I purchased a GL450 and my experience with Marcelo was good. However, I had an issue that required me to go back to the dealership- which was over 55 I purchased a GL450 and my experience with Marcelo was good. However, I had an issue that required me to go back to the dealership- which was over 55 miles from my house. The first time I went back, after I called and verified the part needed was there, the mechanic discovered that the wrong part had been ordered. I called the GM who never returned my call. When I called him back, he rushed me off of the phone, and did not call back after that. The issue was resolved eventually, and the mechanic was very apologetic. To sum it up, the employees are great, the GM is an xxx. More

Relaxed,Friendly,Low Pressure When buying a car I usually look forward to many hours of sheer pain and torture. Not so at this dealership. Mark Mumby, my salesman, was pleasant and extremely courteous throughout the entire procedure. I was introduced to the sales manager when I arrived but after that I dealt only with Mark and felt very relaxed dealing one on one. Unfortunately I live seven hours from Buford and probably will never have another chance to do business with ALM but I would recommend them strongly to anyone in the area looking for a vehicle. Outstanding Service My husband and I were looking for a car online and find one from ALM. I personally dislike going to dealership because of negative past experiences. Mike Peoples is definitely one of a kind. He was so patient, accommodating, and most of all, caring and genuine. We didn't feel pressured to buy at all that evening but we did end up buying a great car from Mike. I appreciate Mike's phenomenal customer service and wished that more car salespeople were like him. Better off with a "buy here pay here" lot- USAA should My car search took me to ALM, one of three that had a specific vehicle I was shopping for. I ended up paying more then I wanted, but it was contingent My car search took me to ALM, one of three that had a specific vehicle I was shopping for. I ended up paying more then I wanted, but it was contingent upon fixing 2 issues with the vehicle, in addition to verfiying with CARFAX why the odometer readings were off. I now believe, they rolled it back, thus I paid much more than fair market value. When I left the first time, I was clear- what price I would pay. Sales guy calls me back, as I was stuck in traffic and implied that was the price, after a 2 hour trip back- found out it was not. To top of this great experience, after signing all of the paperwork I had to wait 45 minutes for it to be "detailed"- what they did while I waited, I have no idea. That was a waste of time, late at night. The car was NOT clean, inside windows were dirty (can run finger through film), and it was pretty obvious not even a basic wash- perhaps a rinse and wipe, but defintly not washed, let alone "detailed". I was promised a followup call/email/text within a day to schedule to service for the mainteannce issues (the ones the sale depended upon), and numerous attempts to contact the sales person has been ignored. Thsi dealership has just about every stereotype of a used car lot, including the quality. If you want a car that is not competitivly priced, has hidden issues, and altered reports (enough to be flagged with carfax) stop in! If you want a honest deal, with an honest dealership, there are plenty of other choices. - Bad deal - no follow through on promises - and apparently cant wash a car correctly. More

Needle in a Haystack I've seen billboard signs posted about ALM but never stopped, until I realized they are part of USAA's Car Buying Service. I was seeking a Ford Edge I've seen billboard signs posted about ALM but never stopped, until I realized they are part of USAA's Car Buying Service. I was seeking a Ford Edge and found a used one for sale at the ALM Buford location. I posted my interest and within the hour Marcel Guevara called me to make an appointment to allow me to see and test drive the vehicle. Surprisingly, when I arrived there was no one around to greet me and I had to walk around for a while to find Marcelo. However, once I did, the attentive customer service I received on the call was experienced at that time. Marcelo provide great assistance and patience and was honest about any questions he didn't know the answers to and quickly found the needed answers. When I was ready to buy, Marcelo helped ensure the process went smoothly and continued with his patience. I must say, dealing with Shawn the Finance Manager was equally has helpful. Shawn was patient, knowledgeable and personable. He removed the negative stigma about the Finance Department and while I was in his office he made the process less stressful (where the Finance office could be). Shawn provided a great sense of humor and conversation and the time quickly flew by. Although, it was a used vehicle I did have some immediate maintenance repairs to pay for...I forgot to inquire about in advance and have completed. Overall, mission accomplished. Thanks to Marcelo and Shawn. I found the vehicle I was looking for at an acceptable price. More
