Three weeks to close the deal My husband and I found our car on a Sunday evening and we're prepared to purchase the following afternoon. When we arrived at the dealership that Mond My husband and I found our car on a Sunday evening and we're prepared to purchase the following afternoon. When we arrived at the dealership that Monday we decided on a different car due to less miles and a better price. Rosa was very helpful in making sure they could match the interest rate our bank gave us and we were ready to sign the papers and get on our way. After waiting about twenty minutes for paperwork to be drawn up, a man came and explained that the VIN number on our car was accidentally put on the paperwork for another car that they had sold. He said it would be taken care of and we could return Wednesday to sign the papers. We had been dropped off at ALM so we did not have a way home unless we borrowed one of their cars, so they agreed and had us put down a $100 refundable deposit before we left. Long story short, it took three weeks to clear up the VIN number fiasco and I still haven't seen my $100 refund that I have in writing we would receive and it's been another two weeks since we finally did buy the car. I just want my $100 so I can be done with ALM all together. More
Extremely rude!! After waiting hours and never recieving answers about options on a vehicle I text Sean to see if I should still be waiting. I text back saying,"how unprofessional he sounded telling a customer he was to busy after waiting 5 hours for no answer."Then Sean text back with a few "choice words" and proceeded to call me a "idiot" and "his boss would think the same and not do business with me." Found this to be very uncalled for and extremely offensive towards me and my wife. More

Wonderful Experience I purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado High Country on 03/11/2017. My sales person was Sean Greenberg. My experience started out kind of rocky in the I purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado High Country on 03/11/2017. My sales person was Sean Greenberg. My experience started out kind of rocky in the beginning. I had some issues with another person at the Roswell dealership and contacted Sean at the Mall of Georgia and explained to him what I had experienced and he promptly too charge of the situation. He was able to get the vehicle transferred to his dealership for me and made me his primary contact. He was very professional and expeditious in the way he handled the situation. I am extremely happy with my truck and owe it all to Sean!! Thanks once again, and I'll be back for any of my other buying needs!!! More

FALSE CARFAX/VEHICLE ISSUES Horrible experience! Truck was purchased with a FALSE clean carfax, the rear brakes then lock down on my way home, and rear window switch doesn't work Horrible experience! Truck was purchased with a FALSE clean carfax, the rear brakes then lock down on my way home, and rear window switch doesn't work the next day. I spend several hours of my time and money ($300) to fix the brakes the next morning and not a sign of remorse when I told the dealer about it while replacing a broken windshield noted during the negotiation several days later. All new front end rebuild 3 months later ($1700) along with 2 new tires ($700), and a new transmission ($3000) in less than a year. Took me almost 2 months to receive a tag (received a traffic citation because of it). Then when I go to trade it in this week, carfax at the dealership shows an accident the week before I purchased the truck. It takes close to 30 DAYS to show up on the report. So my trade in is now worth less and I have a load of negative equity!!! I was DUPED! At least the guys were pleasant when selling me the truck.....the only good thing I can say about the experience. So, $5700 in repairs & $5000 negative equity (accident/issues) in just over a year. This on top of my truck payments for a year! Wow! More
