Low mileage, well maintained, excellent condition. Rosa Pool was our salesperson and was a no-nonsense professional that got the job done. Chad Redford was the Finance Manager and also did a great job. Bottom line, we were in and out of there in 2 hours total, which inlcuded the looking at the trucks. Horrible Stole money I would never !! I purchased a Car and 3 days later I called to inform them of a slipping Transmission! They then tell me Oh well we forgot to tell yo I would never !! Taking advantage of military wives I was at basic training for the United States Air Force and while I was gone my wife had to buy a car. She went to ALM Mall of GA and Mark Hafer sold I was at basic training for the United States Air Force and while I was gone my wife had to buy a car. She went to ALM Mall of GA and Mark Hafer sold her a Scion tC. Less than one month after she bought the car the clutch broke. I’m now out of basic training and I told them the situation and they hung up on me. I called them three more times and they finally answered saying they wouldn’t do anything to help us out. Now we gotta pay another $1100 to get it fixed. I have to say they may seem nice but they’re snakes and will sell you anything worth a fraction of what you end up paying for it. More

I was stunned because she didn’t try to just sale me something else that I didn’t want like most car salesmen/women would. Nonetheless, the whole experience was great and she made sure the car was clean ready and most of the paperwork was already done by the time that I got there. I also want to add that I got a great deal for a car with very low mileage and runs absolutely great! More
Broken and bad customer service. I went to the delership to get a 2018 Ford Edge advertised on their website. The vechile was exactly what I wanted the next day I was showing my son I went to the delership to get a 2018 Ford Edge advertised on their website. The vechile was exactly what I wanted the next day I was showing my son the car when he noticed the windshield had a chip in the center of it about the size of a half dollar. I had not been hit by anything that I could recall.. I called my insurance and had an autoglass company come out to repair the chip/break. They said it had been patched. It was not disclosed to me and no one had noticed it. I called the dealership and spoke with Matt who said he didn't know anything about it and that it should have been fixed. He said he'd see what he could do. Several days and phone calls later I was getting nowhere ao I went to the dealership. and Matt was out making a delivery. So Chris looked at the car and basically said it would cost them about $250 to replace the windshield and they couldn't put anymore money into it. Well I am letting everyone know that I will not ever buy another automobile from this dealership. Everytime I get into the vechile all I see is a broken windshield. Shame on them they don't care about their customers or making sure that what they sell you is a good product. . More
