Taking advantage of military wives I was at basic training for the United States Air Force and while I was gone my wife had to buy a car. She went to ALM Mall of GA and Mark Hafer sold I was at basic training for the United States Air Force and while I was gone my wife had to buy a car. She went to ALM Mall of GA and Mark Hafer sold her a Scion tC. Less than one month after she bought the car the clutch broke. I’m now out of basic training and I told them the situation and they hung up on me. I called them three more times and they finally answered saying they wouldn’t do anything to help us out. Now we gotta pay another $1100 to get it fixed. I have to say they may seem nice but they’re snakes and will sell you anything worth a fraction of what you end up paying for it. More

I was stunned because she didn’t try to just sale me something else that I didn’t want like most car salesmen/women would. Nonetheless, the whole experience was great and she made sure the car was clean ready and most of the paperwork was already done by the time that I got there. I also want to add that I got a great deal for a car with very low mileage and runs absolutely great! More

Chris Kaissieh did a phenomenal job. I have recently purchased a pre-owned car from ALM in Georgia. Since I live in NC Chris did a FaceTime call with me making sure did a phenomenal job. I have recently purchased a pre-owned car from ALM in Georgia. Since I live in NC Chris did a FaceTime call with me making sure that I see any minor blemishes in the car (if so exist). He made sure that everything is crystal clear since I am an out of state customer, he walked me through the financing options and other related details. He really went above and beyond by delivering the car himself next day as ALM had drivers shortage on that day and my purchasing process was completed by the end of business day. I am one of those customers who are hard to please, but Chris really nailed it and I happily give him 5 stars. More
