BAD BRAKES/ROTORS JOB. ALM COMPROMISED MY SAFETY. ATLANTA LUXURY MOTORS IS NO GOOD. ALM is a terrible place to buy a car. Please DO NOT GO THERE. I gave them a second chance to right their wrong but t ATLANTA LUXURY MOTORS IS NO GOOD. ALM is a terrible place to buy a car. Please DO NOT GO THERE. I gave them a second chance to right their wrong but they blew it. DAY 1:  I bought a 2014 Kia Sedona form ALM. I checked it out at the KIA mechanic next door. A number of things needed to be fixed especially the REAR BRAKES which were really BAD. ALM agreed to fix the BRAKES. The next day, Salesman, Shane called and  told me my brakes were fixed on 12/4/19 as was agreed upon on paper on 12/3/19 ( I have the proof of the agreement on paper) but when I came and got my Sedona ON DAY2,  I found out the REAR BRAKES weren't fixed. So I got Greg to drive it and he confirmed my suspicions!! Greg made sure I got into a loaner car. If not for Greg I would have driven home - an hour away - in a car with no rear Brakes!! Thanks a lot, Greg! Greg Milliner saved the day on day 2.. He made sure I did not drive home in the Sedona with no brakes, got me a loaner car, fueled my car, etc. the mechanic that did the brake job on my 2014 Kia Sedona is no good!!! He is no good. He is actually putting other people's life in danger, everyday he does a shabby BRAKE JOB.  DAY3: The next day I went back and picked up the car only to discover that they did the brake but DID NOT re-surface the Rotors as was AGREED IN WRITING!!!I complained to the GENERAL MANAGER - Fredravis George, and he did not make it right - he actually got an attitude with me. I told him I was not happy with the service I received and  took my car home. I will go and fix it myself out of pocket. I have young kids. Got to have good brakes. Shame on you , ALM!! I GAVE you a 2nd chance and you blew it again. It was a terrible experience that lasted 3days to buy a used car. More

Very Kind and Helpful No matter where you go, the car buying process is lengthy, yet ALM was rather quick and also extremely kind and helpful throughout the process.
