DON’T BUY HERE!!! They DO NOT SANITIZE NOR CLEAN their cars to follow the new COVID-19 guidelines and thus you can get a COVID-19 car!!! Yikes!!! Do not use them. Buying the car was easy, we did a trade in with my older vehicle which I had to request a new title on. The car was dirty when we test drove it so once we purchased our sales associate Matt in with my older vehicle which I had to request a new title on. The car was dirty when we test drove it so once we purchased our sales associate Matt had them "re-detail" the car which wasn't even up to par. Fast forward to the paperwork... Everything seemed straight forward they asked me to apply for the replacement title on my previous vehicle and get it to them as soon as I can. Requested the replacement title and sent my sales associate and update with photo of my receipt paying for the replacement March 10th. Touched base with them several times during the wait for my replacement title to arrive all I recieved back was "sounds great, thanks!" . Fast forward to March 26th I recieve a call from ALM corportate stating my new tag application was on hold pending the title for my old vehicle. 1. This was never communicated that anything with my new vehicle would be on hold until the replacement title was recieved in all my communication with them 2. The first I hear of it is on a VOICEMAIL? I called the representative back immediately and advised her I had just recieved the title that Monday and I have been working but would leave work and bring it to her. She assured me there would not be any more hang ups going forward and she would resume my application. Drove the 45 mins each way in traffic to ALM. Handed the title to Matt and he assured me there wasn't anything else I would need to do. Fast forward 2.5 more weeks.... My temporary tag is now expired. I call their corporate office yesterday and they stated they never resumed the application but she did not handle it so she would have the other lady call. Today I recieved a call from her stating they mailed me a check and I would have to apply for my tag myself... This was never communicated until I called and they have had all of this information for weeks.. I asked her why this was never communicated and re-stated all of the miscommunications or lack there of through this entire process and asked her how they could fix this. She hung up on me. I called back 3 times before she actually answered and transferred me to a "manager". The manager continually stated "we mailed you a check" and continually interrupted me during the entire phone call. She did not offer apology or resoultion for anything and hung up on me as well. Not to mention my vehicle already has a check engine light on and it hasn't even been 2 months!!!!! This company needs to invest in some communication classes and higher level customer service. I will never be back and will never recommend this group to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
Great Customer Service I researched my used vehicles online & went to ALM Buford on a Sunday just as they opened. We were helped in a short period of time & shown the two trucks that I inquired about. Then we were also shown a third that had just arrived & had not been detailed. This is the truck I chose. I feel I was treated fairly on my trade ( for once in life ! ) We did the paperwork & I took my truck home. Some time passed & I was receiving payment due notices on my trade in. It tuns out it was NOT paid off! I brought this to the attention of ALM Buford & it was quickly taken care of. I was notified with updates on the payoff check being sent, etc. They took full ownership of the mistake made & corrected it in record time. We ALL make mistakes. You can trust this company. I highly recommend them. More
Shane is awesome and so is Mark. I purchased my 2nd car there this week. I got home and realized it was just too small for my special needs son. They went out of their way, including Shane driving over an there this week. I got home and realized it was just too small for my special needs son. They went out of their way, including Shane driving over an hour away, to get me a car that would fit my needs. They were so good to me and I felt very well taken care of. I will definitely be buying my 3rd car from them as well. This should be everyone’s 1st and last stop. More
