BUYER BEWARE: I came into ALM mall of Ga to purchase a car I saw on they website I get there had a mechanic with me to check the engine, Transmission all the important components. After a week I go to utilize the features it advertised to discover there was none. I called Shane(Liar) about issue to not get a call back then I text him and mention BBB and I got a immediate response. I told him the issue amd gave 3 choices 1- Install whats missing from car. 2- Replace car with one that have features 3- Return my deposit. He said he need to ask Manager (Tim) he say they will replace car with one with features I agree with it and the search start it took 3weeks to find a replacement because every car found was false advertised and I will explain why I say false. But finally 3 weeks later same car I told him about prior he said I couldn't get because of location same one I ended up with because of the only one advertised correct. Now thru all this not one time did anyone express to me this swap wasa trade in and now refusing to apply the 3500 deposit to the replacement(3000 my money &500 theirs) I just want my money applied. Not to mention they without my permission Ran my credit causing my score to lower and interest rate to go up 2 points making amount more by $65 now add that by 72 months. They are totally wrong to try and con a person who is post OP cancer on treatment who worked 2 jobs during covid times high risk with no sleep to get the money need to get a car to support my family as a single parent. How can they really look at themselves day in and day out doing this to someone who only mistake was thinking the features should be on the car that was advertised. Now here is why I call what they advertised False. They put the original car back online with the same add and increased the amount by 1000 and the others that were wrong still wrong and they are well aware of it so they are deliberately doing this to people. I tried everythingi requested Arbitration and no response I gave you a chance ALM but your GREED is unbelievable. Please do the right thing because I didn't want to have to go to court but put yourselve in my situation what would you do? Mr. Khush Bhatia where is your integrity I did nothing to deserve this or the stress in under its physically affecting me. But the God I serve will fix it. More
