Excellent Customer Care After leaving the service center I entered the expressway and heard a clanking noise coming from my car. I called and Henry called a tow truck and the After leaving the service center I entered the expressway and heard a clanking noise coming from my car. I called and Henry called a tow truck and they towed my car back to the service center. Of course, it was after the service center had closed. Henry took very good care of me and gave me a loaner car to go home in until they check my car the next day. I realized that the loaner didn't really have much gas in it. The next morning I put gas in the loaner car and informed Henry. The next day Henry called me and informed me that nothing was wrong and I must have hit something in the road. I arrived at the service center to return the loaner and to pick up my car and. They had cleaned the outside of my car and Henry reimbursed me for my gas and I was on my way. Disorganized The dealership is overall fine, and the first two times I came in for service was somewhat reasonable. I did wait for over an hour for the oil change The dealership is overall fine, and the first two times I came in for service was somewhat reasonable. I did wait for over an hour for the oil change and over two hours for my windshield to be replaced because they were unable to order the part prior to my arrival. This most recent time, I scheduled an oil change for 7:30am on Monday morning. When I arrived at the dealership they told me that the power was out in parts of the shop, and they did not know when it would be back on. It would have been really great for them to contact me before I drove an hour to the dealership and an hour home. When I left the dealership that day, I scheduled an appointment for two days later at 10:30am. When I arrived that day, they told me that the system which handles the two included oil changes had been down for 36 hours and wouldn’t be back on until later in the afternoon. Again, no heads up. I ended up having to leave my car for 6 hours for them to get the system back and the oil changed. Again, not a huge deal. But it would have been great to have some warning. More

Lazy tire change After waiting an hour and 45 minutes for them to change a tire I look outside to see that my car is actually sitting there and yet no one has alerted After waiting an hour and 45 minutes for them to change a tire I look outside to see that my car is actually sitting there and yet no one has alerted me that it’s ready. I pay and get ready to go and get in the car and realize that they have not even put the spare tire back In the space it belongs. I politely ask for them to put the spare back on the car because it’s a difficult spare to put on as it is put on underneath the car only to find that everyone has gone home for the day. It is simply unacceptable that you pay someone to change your tire, wait that long and they don’t even have the decency To put the spare back where it belongs. I left a very upset and no one called me to apologize. I do not recommend this service. It’s a shame because the sales department does an excellent job. I would recommend Steven Friday any day of the week. Also the office staff in the service center were great. It was just the labor staff that sucked. More

Poor work performance The initial oil change was not completed on time due to the water pump malfunctioning. However after changing the water pump it seems to be leaking more than it was prior. The transmission seems to slips in between changing gears from 1st to 2nd. when I questioned this doing my purchase the salesman stated that it was probably due to the car sitting up for so long. However, I asked one of the mechanics at alm and he stated that it was a recall that should be covered. More
