Regular 6 month oil change and tire rotation When I arrived the door to go in was closed. Within minutes Michael came out and told me to drive in through the exit entrance. He asked what I was t When I arrived the door to go in was closed. Within minutes Michael came out and told me to drive in through the exit entrance. He asked what I was there for and I told him to get my oil changed and tires rotated. It was prepaid with the buying of my car. The cutomer area was not lighted and it was cold in there. I got the impression that he was the only one there. He told me that there was something wrong with the light. I was there by myself in the dark for about 30 minutes, before another worker arrived and turned the lights on and started putting coffee on and set out snacks. About 10 minutes later other customers arrived after the coffee was started. My car was ready a little after 9:00am. Last time I came my car was brought to the front where I came in, but this time Michael walked me to my car at the back where the service was being done. He directed me on how to get out, but I got lost and had to get one of the guys in the new cars area to direct me out. More

Manager had to get involved for car to be fixed, took 2+ weeks. Returned without interior detail, seats maladjusted, clock unset, things strewn everywhere. Even when requested, no explanation of how car was fixed. Mechanic was going to send email with details, none came. Customer service rep at counter promised free interior detail in future, but no follow up. More

Of which parts was ordered and I could not be charged that was when the problem was solved. That led me to believe that I did not need the initial parts. I should get my money back. Next time I will know exactly what to do. More
