Refused service I had just brought a brand new 2019 Serento, which by the way already had over 100 miles on it, and while driving, my air conditioner went out, I brun I had just brought a brand new 2019 Serento, which by the way already had over 100 miles on it, and while driving, my air conditioner went out, I brung the vehicle back in to get it fixed, bc I have 10year warranty bumper to bumper, and they refused to fix it, bc they mentioned it's not covered. Iam very, very upset, I know they can fix it, but they refused to. I've always been a loyal customer with Kia in the past, bc I wouldn't take my car anywhere else (this is my second car I brought from them) iam very disappointed, iam refused service on a brand new vehicle. maintenance service I scheduled a routine maintenance for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived I had to look for someone to assist me in getting my vehicle. When I told the girl I had an appointment she then took my keys. Then she asked If I would like a complimentary car wash and I said yes. She then told me it will be an extra 30-45 minutes on top of my wait time for the service of my car. So I then waited for 2 hours for the service and car wash for my vehicle. When my car was ready she told me I may or may not need an oil pan replaced and that in order to check I would have to pay an additional $150 for a diagnosis because she do not know whether or not that is the issue, and when I asked if it can be done while I waited she told me no it has to be done another day, on the other side of the dealership from certified technicians. So I then ask her if I am getting service done here, then all of the technicians working on cars need to be certified. As she rambled on and on I just told her to give me my keys so I can go. After paying for my service I proceeded to my car which I had to walk to look for because they no longer bring your cars to the service waiting area, then my car was parked in back of other cars which I had to wait for another technician to move before I can leave as if my car had been sitting there for a while before I was notified that my car was ready. More

Scattered Car was being serviced under warranty. The management of the car details was mishandled and resulted in several hours lost because the wrong VIN was u Car was being serviced under warranty. The management of the car details was mishandled and resulted in several hours lost because the wrong VIN was used to identify the correct FOB code. Once this was figured out, Carvana had issued a work order for just the FOB and not the key. Had to get this resolved and have the key mailed. The person who was supposed to mail the key was let go before the key could be mailed. I had to follow up with parts to arrange for the key to be delivered. This was done quickly once the key was found. I still don’t have the key and FOB assembled but I’ll take what I can get at this point. I also brought the car back after noticing the rear shocks were bouncy. The issue was diagnosed quickly and the service required a couple days to be completed. This was reasonable. More

Chris Gantt approached us as soon we got out the car. He was awesome. He was very much the type of salesman that acknowledged your concerns and tried to accommodate you. He was also honest about any limitations in place. He gave us a good rebate and we feel we got an excellent deal. I am a happy camper. The dealership was animated and in a festive mood. I felt this was important to our buying decision. Jawon was the detailer. He took his time explaining the features, navigation system and filled up our tank. We are ecstatic. Jawon was professional and thorough. I appreciated his interest in helping us while we waited to finalize the paperwork. Thank you Jawon for all that you do. Josh was also very helpful as our closer. He offer extra incentives and addressed any last minute concerns. He was very gracious, and gave us southern hospitality. I will totally recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More
