Customer Service I came to get the car serviced 2 days after purchase because mile expired prior to purchase according to sticker. I’m in a new car! Brought my old Kia Optima in for service and the bill was going to be quite high. I had been considering trading my car in for some time now. Initiall Brought my old Kia Optima in for service and the bill was going to be quite high. I had been considering trading my car in for some time now. Initially I looked at the Stinger. Nice but was out side of my range. Worked with the sales team to find a new Optima SX with the right options and colors to fit my budget. Love the new safety features in these cars. More

Poor communication My engine locked up. I called the dealership. A service rep told me to have it towed to the the dealership. When I balked, he gave me the name and My engine locked up. I called the dealership. A service rep told me to have it towed to the the dealership. When I balked, he gave me the name and number of a tow company that would pick it up. After 3 days, I called to check on the status of my car and was told the engine would be replaced free of charge (Thanks!). After a week or two, I stopped by the dealership to pick up a few items out of my car and I was told then that it would be ready to pick up in a day or two. I was never offered a rental car so I was surprised when I was contacted AFTER I picked up my car asking if I had picked up the rental. It should NOT be this difficult to get information or services (free tow and rental car), especially for a repair that would take such a long time. Disappointing to say the least. More

From Nicole who never followed thru to Brandon in parts. Lack of in house communication was all over the place and making excuses for not getting something done. As I was leaving I noticed a scratch on the drivers side mirror that hadn't been there before. About 1.5 - 2 inches long and almost as wide. Needless to say, I will have it taken care of myself and will not be bringing my car in for anything. I know I am suppose to have 2 free services but that also will not be happening. When they fixed the motor for the driver's seat, they forgot to put the seat belt catch back on so I waited again for that to be fixed. More
