Oil Change I went online to schedule an oil change. I arrive on time. The lady greeted me with a smile, and ask what service, I needed. The representative saw my KIA Soul from start to finish; he was very polite, and he told me how long I would have to wait for the service. Everything turned out well. I was able to relax in the waiting , and watch television. I got excited over the free car wash and vacuum. More

Waited four and a half hours for a car buff We were told when we bought the new car the scratches and the screen would be fixed if we brought the car in. When my wife found time to bring it in, We were told when we bought the new car the scratches and the screen would be fixed if we brought the car in. When my wife found time to bring it in, she was first told we were supposed to get a printout of the issues to fix. She luckily knew the names of the people who told us these problems would be fixed even if we took delivery of the car. So luckily there was no real uphill there. They took the car in to be checked, she waited there four and a half hours for the car to be buffed. She was told the screen could not be fixed and they had to order a new one. Which means we now have to bring the car in again when the new screen arrives. More

Absolutely wonderful group of people. There was a young lady that signed me in when you drive into the facility. I do not remember her name but she was a joy to greet those signing in. Anderson, they are a delightful group of people. There are several things I need done but I was honest with them that I can only do a little bit at a time. They were ok with that.
