Takes the time needed to properly repair I have owned my kia Niro for almost a year, and each time I take it in for service or maintenance they do a thorough and careful job. I had a potential leak in a tire and they did several tests to check for the leak. (It was my user error when cleaning the car and loosening a cap, which I later self corrected when adding air, prior to service at the dealership.) I wanted to be certain there was nothing embedded in my tire as I live in a rural area. My techs went above and beyond to confirm that my tire was good, and checked the pressure of my remaining tires as well. I am horrible at recalling names, so can't credit the amazing staff who have assisted me. More

Kia Soul recall I brought my Kia in for a oil change in mid June 2019. During my visit I was informed that there was a recall on my model and they would keep the car I brought my Kia in for a oil change in mid June 2019. During my visit I was informed that there was a recall on my model and they would keep the car and make the repairs. I was given a rental, but they were unable to accommodate my need for a car that could fit my daughters wheel chair in the trunk, and was told the dealership only did business with that location, so my only choice was what they had on the lot. Over the next three months I did not get 1 update on the status of my car or when they expected the work to be completed. When I called they only told me it was not done yet. Finally 2 weeks ago I got a call that the work was completed and the car was ready. But, the battery was dead and they could replace it for for $240. Of course I wasn’t surprised because the car was sitting for 3 months. We disputed our responsibility for the cost of the battery with the manager, because when they took the car the battery was operating. He eventually negotiated a price of $130, which I still thought was unfair and they should have taken full responsibility. But, my family had a trip planned for Labor Day weekend and we needed the car. I will never use this Kia dealership again for any repairs or service to my car. More
