From one problem to the next. I just had work done to my 2012 Kia Optima SX due to the engine recall, the engine runs good, but I noticed when I drive over speed bumps now it sound I just had work done to my 2012 Kia Optima SX due to the engine recall, the engine runs good, but I noticed when I drive over speed bumps now it sound like the engine isn’t mounted all the way correctly, my glove box keeps busting open, and when I brought the car back 2 days after I just got it back I was told I’ll have to cover the diagnostic fee if the problem wasn’t due to their work, however my car wasn’t having these problems before recently being serviced. On top of the new inconveniences, throughout the time I kept calling to see when the vehicle was going to be available, I never got an update on how long it would take for them to fix my car, instead they kept insisting that think they’re “ordering parts” and then all of a sudden after a month the car was ready for pick up. Overall just unorganized and I’ll probably trade my car in because I don’t know how well put together this car really is. More

Service Would not recommend the service department until they get a new manager. I scheduled appointments and they changed each appointment, never called to Would not recommend the service department until they get a new manager. I scheduled appointments and they changed each appointment, never called to rescheduled, but made the trip up there and then they rescheduled. Which was not convenient to my schedule. Never received paperwork on service, alignment, door latch replacement, wiper blades and they got grease all over my vehicle each time it was taken into the service department. Also said they completed a recall part that was not completed.. Employee's standing around when dropping vehicle off in the morning instead of helping customers. Can't get a manager or regional manager to return your call. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Need a lot of improvement in the service department. Would not recommend. Definitely terrible service in the service department and lost my business. They cannot keep service technicians. More
Take Care of a Customer My appt started out to be a bad one. I met with sales person not knowing I was speaking with a Suprrvisor. I'm glad I was able to meet with someone who knows what to do and better prepare me for my next visit.
