Refused service I had just brought a brand new 2019 Serento, which by the way already had over 100 miles on it, and while driving, my air conditioner went out, I brun I had just brought a brand new 2019 Serento, which by the way already had over 100 miles on it, and while driving, my air conditioner went out, I brung the vehicle back in to get it fixed, bc I have 10year warranty bumper to bumper, and they refused to fix it, bc they mentioned it's not covered. Iam very, very upset, I know they can fix it, but they refused to. I've always been a loyal customer with Kia in the past, bc I wouldn't take my car anywhere else (this is my second car I brought from them) iam very disappointed, iam refused service on a brand new vehicle.
