ALM Kia South - Service Center

Poor service and customer service I purchased the 2019 Sorento and traded in my old car, last year (2018) in November. They failed to pay my old lien holder off in the timeframe that i I purchased the 2019 Sorento and traded in my old car, last year (2018) in November. They failed to pay my old lien holder off in the timeframe that it was supposed to be done. They finally sent the check to my old lien holder until 5 months later. So me and my husband’s credit ended up getting affected. Because at the time, I was told by my finance advisor, that I didn’t have to worry about making anymore payments on my old car and they will take care of it. So, when it came time for the dealership to fix their mistake, I kept getting the run around and nothing was done. Even now, that issue still hasn’t been resolved, because my credit is still affected. I do not recommend this dealership, because I’ve had the worse experience here and still dealing with that when I go to the service department to get my car serviced. So, if you still want to buy a Kia car, I recommend you seek another Kia dealership. I don’t like speaking ill on businesses but this one is honestly unsatisfactory. More

Exceptional Service! I received exemplary service! I completed my 60,000 mile preferred service, had new tires installed, and everyone was friendly. Customer Service Great I brought my 2014 Kia Sorrento in for routine oil change. No problem. In less than an hour my car was serviced and they washed and vacuumed my car.
