Service with a smile I am extremely pleased with the serviced I received December 13th. The receptionist was able to get me a same day appointment. I arrived 30 minutes later and was seen right away. I went in for an oil change but had some brake problems that needed addressing, immediately. Tara, Terrance and Phillip went out of their way to ensure I understand what the problem was. They were able to fix it, on the spot! I was able to get my work done while I waited which was an additional blessing. Thank you SERVICE Department. Everyone there was super friendly and accommodating. More

Putting the customer first. Because I purchased my new Kia from ALM South, and because they are the closest service center to my job, I decided to bring my Kia in for service. I Because I purchased my new Kia from ALM South, and because they are the closest service center to my job, I decided to bring my Kia in for service. I went online to schedule my appointment and was very surprised at how easy it was to complete that process. I arrived at the dealership at 7:00 am, and when I turned my car off and opened the door, the service agent was there waiting on me. He wrote down my service request and asked if I was going to wait, or come back. I told him I needed a shuttle to my job, and he kindly showed me to the waiting area and said the agent would come get me in about 5 minutes. The shuttle driver came as promised and got me to my workplace on time. Later in the day, I received a call from Henry who introduced himself as my Service Advisor and went over my work request and said that my car was being completed and that he would call me back once all the work was done. As promised, Henry called back, went over work order and told me that my vehicle was ready and everything was covered by my warranty. Once I arrived, the young lady at payment area, called Henry to let him know that I was there. Once I signed the work order, Henry walked me out to the Bay Area where my car was parked, confirmed that everything was done, shook my hand and thanked me for my business. WOW!! About a month later I had to bring my Kia back in for it’s 7500 mile service. I went online, once again, and scheduled my appointment. I was sure that my first experience wasn’t going to be repeated, but I was wrong. Again, the service associates provided excellent customer service, and Henry once again made sure that I was satisfied with the work that was done. This service department is the best all around, so much so that I brought my older Kia (2014-Optima) here for service and new tires. Even though this location isn’t close to my home (just my job) I will make the drive to ALM Kia to have my cars serviced. Please pass along my gratitude to the service associates!!
