Routine Oil Change I came in for a routine oil change and to have my kia optima checked out because it begin to make a lite noise when I turned the steering wheel. I was I came in for a routine oil change and to have my kia optima checked out because it begin to make a lite noise when I turned the steering wheel. I was told that my oil change would be taken care of( which it was) but I was also told that I would have my car checked for the noise. Unfortunately, after waiting for 2 hours my car was returned (washed for the first time..ever at this location) but after questioning the service employee I found out my car was not checked for the noise. I was told that my car history had been checked in the system and my car did not have a recall, so I am assuming that is why service tech ignored my request to have my car inspected. After bringing it to the service administrator's attention, she said "I could wait for the tech to come and pick my car back up but after having waited 2 hours and my car being right in front of me I declined the offer. My overall experience was good at ALM but I think the employees just need to work on being consistent and understand that every customer that visits the service department has the potential to be a repeat customer for sales or service. More

Worst Service Ever From the begining our salesman Cris seemed knowledgeable and friendly. Until he tried to charge us almost $400 to put Nitrogen air in the tires plus a From the begining our salesman Cris seemed knowledgeable and friendly. Until he tried to charge us almost $400 to put Nitrogen air in the tires plus almost $1000 to pressure was the car. No. The was not ready to be sold when we arrived when we got there. Also, Chris told us the bumber would be changed so we negotiated a price assuming that would be fixed. Well fast forward I didnt recieve any phone call phone my salesman or serviceman on the first day of the progerss in the shop. I had to call repeatedly to finally get an estimate on when the car would be ready. After agreeing with the price we had to leave the car car for service. n I was told the car would be ready one day then the following week i was given the the end of that week. At this point im very frustrated and disappointed with the service and the lack of professionalism. I had to reach out to the manager to get better service but it was just as bad. Picked up my car and the bumber wasn't fixed. More
